1. Introduction
If, for various reasons, the online integration with RevMan Web is not available for you, you can use the option of exporting data from your RevMan review or Cochrane Library to import it into GRADEpro.
In your review, you can export the data from the History tab on the review Dashboard.

Use the Data Package option.

In case of works published in Cochrane Library, you can download the data too.

The file is downloaded in .rm5 format. You can convert the file first before you upload it to GRADEpro, but you can also upload it without converting, as GRADEpro still accepts the upload of legacy RevMan5 files.

You can learn more about how it works in RevMan Web in the RevMan Knowledgebase.
Restriction: If you are in the Cochrane workspace of your account, this option will not work. Cochrane workspace is for the RevMan Web online integration only. To import projects, you will need to move to your personal workspace.
2. Importing projects into GRADEpro from RevMan CSV
If you used the Import from RevMan 5 files option in the past, it will be a familiar process for you.

You will see a new window where you can select a file from your device to import.

Once you select a file, you can move to the next step.

You will then see the list of all questions (analyses groups) from that project. You can choose whether you want to import all of them or only the selected ones.

Once you choose, you can confirm with the Import project button.
You will be transported into the project, where you can begin your work on completing the evidence tables. You can find the tables within the questions on the list. To enter a question, it is enough to click on it.
