
When your email address changes, we recommend changing it in GRADEpro too. Various important messages, such as password reset emails, are automatically sent to your mailbox, so if the address is not up to date or if you cannot access the mailbox, it may cause issues.
To change your email address, you need to contact our Support Team at support@gradepro.org. You need to let us know your current email address that you use in GRADEpro and the new address that you would like to change it to.
Important: No email address in GRADEpro can be used by two accounts. Please do not create a new account using the new address, or we won't be able to change the old account to the new address.RELATED ARTICLES
