1. Free

GRADEpro, at its core, aims to support Evidence-Based Medicine worldwide, which is why its standard functionalities will always be available free of charge. This option is ideal for students, beginners of the GRADE method, or small teams that only need to summarize the results of their systematic reviews in a standardised format.

Teams of up to three members can run projects with up to 25 PICO questions. The number of projects is unlimited.

Basic email support is available, depending on the workload of our Support Team, however it is not guaranteed.

The standard basic GRADEpro features are:

• Creation of GRADE evidence tables
• Development of recommendations using Evidence to Decision frameworks
• Publishing to GRADEpro Database of EtDs and Guidelines
• Community support
• Self-onboarding via Knowledge Base

If your team expands, the workload increases, or if you move to full guideline development, we recommend considering one of our premium subscriptions, described in detail below.

2. Team

This is a group paid licence, priced at 2400$/project/year (which means through the course of one year, you can have one active project at a time). To procure this subscription, please contact our Sales Team through an online form.

This offer is aimed at teams working on three or fewer projects at a time. The minimum annual fee is calculated per active project for teams with up to 15 team members and applies to projects with up to 25 questions. If a project ends before a subsequent project begins, they are counted as one active project for billing purposes.

Above the features offered by the Free licence, the Team subscription includes:

• distance development of recommendations and voting (Panel Voice)
  
• existing guideline adaptation (GRADE Adolopment)
• recommendations about multiple interventions 
• premium presentations
• network-meta analysis interactive tables
• priority email support
• onboarding / training

We offer free Team Subscriptions for guideline projects and groups that are dealing with the research concerning refugees’ health. For eligible projects, we will upgrade the Free Subscription to GRADEpro Team free of charge. This will let you involve more team members and provide access to additional premium features. If you are developing guidelines on refugees’ health and would like to use the free Team Subscription, please get in touch with Sales department at sales@evidenceprime.com.

3. Enterprise

This is a group paid licence, priced individually, depending on the number of projects and team members. The Enterprise subscription is perfect for larger teams with multiple members and guideline projects, interested in a suite of tailored solutions that address not only the guideline development process itself, but also a variety of publication options.

Compared to the Team licence, the Enterprise licence also offers:
